What date is the wedding and what time does it start?
Saturday, October 1st, 2022
Our ceremony starts 4 o’clock in the afternoon, with our reception following immediately after at a separate venue that is nearby.

This is an outdoor garden, please stop to use a restroom beforehand if you think you may need one, there is only one port-o-potty on-site. The ceremony will be approx. 20-30mins long.
Our ceremony will be mostly standing room with seats reserved for family members and those who request one.
There will also be little to no shade depending on where you watch the ceremony from. If the forecast looks rainy, please bring an umbrella.

This venue is outdoors, please monitor the weather report and be prepared to experience the elements. There will be covered areas if it rains.
What’s the parking situation?
Parking will primarily be street parking for both the ceremony and the reception. We suggest carpooling or scheduling a ride through Lyft or Uber ahead of time.
Please do not leave valuables in your vehicle.
What is the dress code for your wedding?
Outdoor Semi-Formal. Color is encouraged. Don’t feel like you need to get overly dressed up. This is a casual, joyful affair.
For those considering wearing heels, grass and gravel will be the main surfaces and heels are strongly discouraged for your comfort. We love a good sneaker/dress combo, but wear what’s comfortable and makes you feel good.
Both the ceremony and the reception will be held outdoors. Please dress accordingly for the weather and the environment.
If rain is in the forecast, please bring an umbrella for the ceremony.
The average temperature in Detroit for October, 1st is 68°F with a low of 50°F at night.
Can I bring a plus-one?
We are hoping to keep our guest list limited. Thank you for not RSVPing for a guest unless one is indicated on your invite.
Are children welcome?
We love all of our friends’ kids, but unfortunately we won’t be able to include them on our wedding day.

Will there be vegan/vegetarian/gluten-free food options?
Yes, please make sure to mention your preferred options in your RSVP so that we can order accordingly.

What’s your COVID-19 protocol?
We encourage vaccinations and ask that if you are feeling ill to please not attend for the safety of our families and our guests. If you are unvaccinated we ask that you please wear a mask when not eating or drinking.
